Terms and Conditions

Linens and Skirting

Provided for food and beverage tables at no charge. Other tables may be skirted and covered at $3.00 per tablecloth and $5.00 per skirt. Skirting can be done on any table not exceeding one inch in thickness. We can also provide napkins to meet your color scheme. Specialty linens are available upon request for an additional charge.

Floral

We will be happy to handle your specific floral and decorative requests for an additional fee.

Service & Delivery Fees

No fees are charged for catering at ACCD campuses. Outside of campus, a $50 service charge will apply for catering up to 30 people. Deliveries off-campus are charged a 15% delivery fee.

Additional Charges

Glass and china, if required, carry a $1.50 per person extra charge. Groups outside the University System will be subject to 8.25% tax for all food events, unless a tax exempt form is provided with deposit. Unless specifically indicated, all prices include delivery, setup, and removal.

Attendant Charges

Attendant charge for service is $30.00 per hour.

Includes orange juice and coffee. Served buffet-style.

    Great for large or small meetings. Includes assorted Danish, muffins, and bagels. Served with cream cheese, fruit spread and honey butter.
  • Classic American Breakfast $6.75 ppl
    Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits with gravy, and breakfast potatoes.
  • Breakfast Tacos $6.00 ppl
    Start off right with our breakfast tacos. Choice of: potato and egg, chorizo and egg, bacon and egg, and bean and cheese. Served with fresh salsa and sliced jalapeños.
  • The Extended Continental Breakfast $8.00 ppl
    The ultimate breakfast! Combines our Continental and Classic American offerings.

Cold buffet Lunches

All Self-Serve Buffet Lunches include Iced Tea and Lemonade Service. Substitute for assorted sodas for an additional $.65

    An assortment of spinach, tomato and classic Tortilla Wraps surrounding our fresh deli meats and cheeses with lettuce, tomato and Ranch Dressing. Served with Chips. Assorted wraps include the following:

    • Turkey with Pepper Jack
    • Cucumber, Red Pepper and Provolone

    The following platters include iced tea and lemonade. Available as an assortment of pre-made sandwiches or served Buffet style to “make your own”. Please specify "Buffet" or "Assorted sandwiches" when ordering.

    Features Roast Beef, Honey Ham, Roast Turkey Breast, Sliced Cheddar and Swiss Cheese. Relish Tray includes lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and condiments. Served with Chips and an assortment of Breads.

    Deli Tray featuring Ham, Pepperoni, Salami, sliced Mozzarella and Provolone. Relish tray with lettuce, tomatoes, sliced black olives, pepperoncini peppers and Italian Dressing. Served with Chips and assorted Sub Rolls.

  • Chef’s Salad Box $7.50 ppl
    Garden-fresh crispy lettuce heaping with ham, turkey, cheese, hard boiled eggs, tomato and cucumbers. Served with your choice of dressings.
  • Cobb Salad Box $7.50 ppl
    Turkey, bacon, cheddar, crumbled blue cheese, hard boiled egg, avocado and mandarin oranges on a bed of lettuce with your choice of dressings on the side.
  • Greek Salad Box   $6.50 ppl
    A vegetarian favorite with lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, feta cheese, balsamic vinaigrette and pitas on the side.
  • Chicken Caesar Salad Box   $7.50 ppl
    A sliced grilled chicken breast served over crisp Romaine lettuce, croutons, grated Parmesan cheese and a delicate Caesar dressing on the side.

    Grilled chicken breast topped with: Marsala wine and mushroom reduction, lemon butter, or basil sauce. Served with a dinner roll and two sides: Garlic mashed potatoes, Green beans, Carrots Vichy, Tomato and squash, or Roasted new potatoes.
