ACCD Dining Menu

Our Menu will repeat every four weeks beginning the first week of the month as follows:

Week 1

  • Monday - Salisbury Steak w/Mash, vegetables, and a roll
  • Tuesday - Baked Chicken w/Baked potatoes’ and green beans
  • Wednesday - Meat loaf w/Mashed Potatoes and corn
  • Thursday - Fried Chicken w/Macaroni and cheese and Broccoli
  • Friday - Fish Taco

Week 2

  • Monday - Lasagna (beef and Lasagna (spinach) Salad and garlic toast
  • Tuesday - Country Fried Steak Mashed Potatoes white gravy and corn
  • Wednesday - Sweet n Sour Pork Fried rice, egg roll and fortune cookie
  • Thursday - Spaghetti with meatballs Salad and garlic bread
  • Friday - Tilapia dirty rice and vegetables Corn bread

Week 3

  • Monday - Stuffed Pork Chops Baked Potato Green beans
  • Tuesday - Meatloaf w/ mushroom risotto and vegetables
  • Wednesday - Chicken Fritter w/Mash potatoes gravy and corn on the cob
  • Thursday - Chicken Parmesan Salad and garlic bread
  • Friday - Fried fish Mash and corn

Week 4

  • Monday - Garlic Roasted Chicken Rice pilaf and veggie roll
  • Tuesday - Egg Plant Parmesan Salad Garlic Toast
  • Wednesday - Beef and Broccoli Fried rice egg roll fortune cookie
  • Thursday - Fried Chicken Veggies and macaroni and cheese, Roll
  • Friday - Tilapia w/ Rice pilaf corn bread
